Dr Moses Iyengunmwena is a Chartered (CEng) Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Onshore, Offshore, Energy, Marine, Telecommunication, and Renewable energy industries. During his professional career, Dr Iyengunmwena has directed, managed, and delivered several engineering, design, research, and structural integrity high value projects for IOCs like ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, Addax, and other independent energy, construction, and infrastructure companies. He holds several executive and technical leadership and management positions in other organizations.

Biyi is a UK trained Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience of successfully leading and managing business transformation projects, in Europe, Africa and Middle East. Biyi set up and managed several $ multimillion sub-Saharan Telecom Tower and Fibre infrastructure businesses and also set up an African based Infrastructure Regulatory Agency. He is an alumnus of KPMG and EY. Biyi created one of the largest indigenous infrastructure service providers to the telecommunications sector in the largest economy in Africa. Biyi is currently the CEO for Stephen Simeon Limited and is a trustee and treasurer for the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association where he chairs the Finance & General-Purpose committee. Biyi is Freeman of the City of London and is a District Councillor for West Berkshire Council where he represents the Tilehurst South & Holybrook ward.
